Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy (The Gamest Ever)
Because our services involve reserved event dates, delivery, setup, and short-term equipment rental, all bookings are subject to the following policy:
Deposits & Payments
All bookings require a 25% deposit at the time of reservation.
This deposit secures your event date and removes that date from availability for other customers.
All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Credits (30-Day Policy)
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 30 days before your scheduled event date.

More than 30 days before event:
Payments made will be issued as a credit toward a future event, subject to availability. Credits must be used within 12 months of the original event date. -
Within 30 days of event:
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is charged automatically 7 days before your scheduled event date.
Once the remaining balance has been charged, the booking is considered fully paid and confirmed, and standard cancellation terms apply.
Late Cancellations & Refused Delivery
If delivery and setup are attempted but cannot be completed due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal of delivery
- Inaccessible or unsafe setup location
- Same-day or last-minute cancellation
The booking will be considered fulfilled, and no credits or refunds will be issued, as staffing, equipment preparation, and travel costs have already been incurred.
Weather & Safety
If weather or site conditions create an unsafe environment for setup (such as lightning, high winds, or unsafe ground conditions), service may be delayed or rescheduled for safety.
If rescheduling is required, we will work with you to select a new date based on availability.
Credits may be applied toward a future event when applicable.
Returns (Post-Event Equipment Condition)
All rental equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered (normal wear and tear excepted).
Additional charges may apply for:
- Damage beyond normal use
- Missing equipment
- Excessive cleaning
- Failure to return items on time
No-Show Policy
Because our services involve scheduled delivery and setup, a “no-show” is treated as a refused or missed delivery and is not eligible for credit or refund.
