Delivery, Setup & Pickup Policy

The Gamest Ever provides local delivery, setup, and pickup for mobile mini golf and game rentals.

Service Area

Our primary service area includes Pierce County and King County, Washington.

Delivery outside our standard service area may be available depending on event location, schedule, and availability. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Delivery

Rental equipment is delivered directly to the event location provided during booking.

Delivery fees, when applicable, are shown during checkout or included in a custom quote.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and notifying us of any access restrictions, stairs, parking limitations, loading requirements, venue rules, or other conditions that may affect delivery.

Setup

Setup is included with qualifying rentals unless otherwise stated.

Most setups take approximately one hour, although larger rentals or locations with limited access may require additional time.

We recommend allowing sufficient access to the event space before guests arrive so setup can be completed safely and on time.

Delivery Timing

The delivery window selected during checkout helps us plan the event schedule.

Approximately 7 days before the event, The Gamest Ever will contact the customer to coordinate final delivery, setup, and pickup timing.

Pickup

Pickup is included with qualifying rentals unless otherwise stated.

The pickup time will be coordinated before the event. Customers should ensure that rental equipment remains accessible until pickup is completed.

Rental Duration

Standard rentals are generally available for up to 8 hours unless otherwise stated or arranged in advance.

Extended rentals, overnight rentals, or special pickup arrangements may require an additional fee.

Local Rental Service — No Product Shipping

The Gamest Ever is a local event-rental service.

Rental equipment is delivered to the event location by The Gamest Ever and is not shipped through standard parcel carriers.
