Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all bookings and rentals made with The Gamest Ever LLC.

Rental Services

The Gamest Ever provides mobile mini golf and game rentals for private, corporate, school, wedding, community, and other events. Rentals may include delivery, setup, pickup, and equipment as described on the applicable product or booking page.

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation of the event date, location, and selected equipment.

Booking & Payment

A 25% deposit is required to reserve an event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event unless other payment arrangements have been approved.

By completing a booking, the customer agrees to the pricing, rental details, cancellation policy, and other terms shown at checkout and on this website.

Event Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, location, start time, and any access or setup restrictions.

The Gamest Ever will contact the customer approximately 7 days before the event to coordinate delivery, setup, and pickup details.

Rental Period

Standard rentals are generally available for up to 8 hours unless otherwise stated or arranged in advance.

Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, overnight rentals, special delivery requirements, or services outside the standard rental arrangement.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included or charged as indicated during booking.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the event location provides adequate space and reasonable access for delivery and setup.

Setup typically takes approximately one hour depending on the equipment and event conditions.

Equipment Care

Rental equipment remains the property of The Gamest Ever LLC.

Customers are expected to use the equipment responsibly and to take reasonable steps to prevent damage, loss, theft, or misuse during the rental period.

Customers may be responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Weather

Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions.

If weather becomes a concern, customers are encouraged to contact us as early as possible so available options can be discussed, including moving the event indoors or rescheduling when possible.

If The Gamest Ever cancels an event because the forecast indicates significant rain or other unsafe weather conditions, the customer will receive a full refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations, credits, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to Bookings

Changes to rental equipment, event location, delivery timing, or other booking details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Limitation of Availability

Submitting an order or inquiry does not guarantee availability until the booking has been accepted and the required deposit or payment has been received.
